No. You pay no annual fee for the Innovator Card1 or Accelerator Card.2 And there are no fees for unlimited employee cards or to access SVB's expense management platform.
With the Innovator Card and Accelerator Card, your balance must be paid off in full each billing cycle.

Virtual cards are randomly generated temporary card numbers typically used for a specific transaction or time period. They offer the same benefits as plastic cards, but give a business more control over spending with the ability to set spending limits, for how long and where the card can be used.

Cash bonuses are awarded 30 days (or up to 2 statement cycles) after meeting the offer criteria within the first 60 days of account opening. Criteria includes:
•$500 cash bonus is awarded after $50,000 has been spent collectively between the cards within your program.
•$500 cash bonus is awarded after enrolling in the SVB spend management platform, and using the platform to submit 3 or more card expenses and set up accounting sync for a third-party ERP or financial software.
In order for the client to earn the $500 cash bonus for enrolling in SVB T&E, the client must first spend $50K within the first 60 days before they are qualified to earn the second $500 for SVB T&E adoption.
5 SVB Unlimited Rewards Points earnings are based on net purchases (minus returns/credits) made on the SVB Innovator Card. SVB virtual cards can earn 1x rewards on purchases, or revenue share at the rate determined by the client relationship. Points can be redeemed for a variety of rewards, including travel and cash back. Cash back: Cash Rewards points can be redeemed as a statement credit to your card account. Rewards points and bonus rewards points are awarded 30 days (or up to 2 statement cycles) after meeting the offer criteria within the first 90 days of account opening. Criteria includes:
•45,000 rewards points are awarded after $10,000 has been spent collectively between the cards within your program. When spending $10,000, you will earn 15,000 rewards points at an earn rate of 1.5x. You will receive an additional 30,000 bonus points for a total of 45,000 points.
•250,000 rewards points are awarded after $60,000 has been spent collectively between the cards within your program. When spending $60,000, you will earn 90,000 rewards points at an earn rate of 1.5x. You will receive an additional 160,000 bonus points for a total of 250,000 points.
Clients will earn either the $10k spend / 45,000 reward points (30,000 bonus) OR $60k spend / 250,000 rewards points (160,000 bonus).
