Robert Sureck

Robert is the Senior Market Manager for Silicon Valley Bank’s Southeast Region and SVB Advantage – an exclusive community for client CFOs to encourage connection, collaboration and development. He is responsible for managing the technology banking business activities in the Southeast region with a focus on client acquisition, expanding existing client relationships and collaborating with partners to expand the ecosystem. Additionally, he monitors the business and economic issues affecting technology and venture in the Southeast and works closely with the bank’s clients to leverage the opportunities created by the ever-changing business climate.

Robert joined SVB in 1999 as a senior relationship manager and opened the company’s Dallas regional office. During his 25-year tenure with SVB, Robert has partnered with thousands of clients to help them achieve success. Prior to SVB, Robert spent 10 years with the Texas division of JP Morgan Chase where he ran the middle market and technology banking teams.

Robert earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of North Texas. He and his wife, Cory, reside in Austin where they raised their two daughters.
