Erica Douvadjian

Erica is a manager of the Relationship Advisors team. Her team covers all the U.S. market.

She started as an original member of the Client Support Team before moving to a Relationship Advisor role. She worked her way up to a team lead position before transitioning to a management role. In between stints at SVB, Erica also worked at City National Bank as a senior client officer in their Tech division.

Erica earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at the University of New Hampshire. In 2018, she was awarded the SVB Peggy Bork Client Care Award – a recognition for her commitment to delivering the highest quality of client care through empathy and high-value solutions.

Erica is married with three children. She enjoys traveling with her family, especially to Cape Cod and Charleston. When she’s not reading her favorite psychological thrillers, Erica enjoys playing tennis.
